Booking Policy
Non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment
No deposit = No Appointment
No Call/No-Show = Cancelled Appointment & Banned from future bookings
Late Fee Policy
Clients must be in the chair on the minute mark or a $15 late fee will apply
The grace period is 10 Min
After 15 Min of no arrival, the appointment will be canceled, and the client will be banned from future bookings
Please arrive in time to find parking/building from the scheduled appointment
Appointment Prep
Please stay off of your phone, unless emergency.
No gum is allowed; constant face movement will mess up the quality of makeup application.
Eyebrows must be groomed, or an additional fee will apply.
Lashes are provided with all services, but clients are welcome to bring their own. **Note: Please note an additional fee may apply
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel 24 hours before your appointment. If less than 24 hours, a service fee will be charged in the amount of $15.
Covid-19 Policy
If you're experiencing any type of illness or exposed to anyone with Covid-19 please reschedule your appointment. [Deposit will be transferred if appointment is rescheduled]
